This is where you will find answers to some frequently asked questions regarding the online Balance class.

What is Balance?

Balance is a Pilates and stretching program that also covers some balance and strength training.  We use simple moves to flowing music with options for increasing the intensity, which you do not have to do until you are ready.

I have an injury / medical condition, can I still take part?

I would recommend that you seek medical advice before attempting any exercise programs as you would not want to aggravate the injury / medical condition and make it worse.

What equipment will I need?

Equipment is not necessary; however, you may want to have a mat, pillow, towel / yoga strap.  You will also need a drink so you can keep hydrated throughout the class.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes, it is.  All ages and fitness levels will benefit from this class.
