
A Little Bit About Me
This is a little bit about me and my background.
As a child I was an amateur Ice Skater as well as learning Dance, Trampolining, Gymnastics, Swimming and later Scuba Diving and achieving my black belt in Wing Chun Kung Fu. Having loved fitness in one way or another for most of my life, I took the plunge in 2015 and left my office job to become a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Since then, there has been no looking back.
I have worked in a number of gyms, teaching different forms of exercise to all ages and abilities and I love the different personalities I meet. Unfortunately, the gym I was based at closed down so I was on the lookout for different ways I could reach people and keep the fitness energy alive. That is when I found that I could reach more people online, so here I am.
My classes are for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level, as long as you are willing to have fun all at an affordable monthly price.
